Introductory Intimacy Coaching Session For One Couple

Educational Date Night is a private, guided experience for couples who want something more meaningful than a dinner-and-a-movie date. It’s a dedicated space to slow down, reconnect, and explore new ways of creating intimacy and aliveness in your relationship. Through simple, structured practices, you’ll explore communication, connection, and touch, and leave with practical tools you can continue using at home.

What to expect
We always start with creating a physically and emotionally safe space.

You are invited to get comfortable on a couch, grab a cup of tea, and clarify your intentions and desires. ​

We discuss areas of your emotional or physical blockages and review any work you previously did.​

​During our time together, I hold a safe space for your full self-expression. You are welcome to move, talk, and feel in any way that is true to you.

All practices are optional, explained in advance, and adapted to your comfort level and boundaries

This work does not include nudity or erotic touch

The atmosphere is warm, grounded, and respectful

Couples ages 18 to 80+ of all orientations and relationship stages are welcome!

​At the end of a session, I will provide you with an optional home play assignment designed to support your growth and progress toward your mutual goals.
